I had a great counselor here, but the reciptionist is a nightmare! I transferred to the ctcc on Cicero due to the horrible treatment I received from her. I will never refer anyone to this location! If you are looking for a clinic pick a different ctcc there are 3 other locations.

Sometimes this place can be a hassle... especially when you have to deal with the awful receptionist. This is a private pay treatment center and as long as you pay your bill and follow the rules you're fine. If you think this place is bad go over to a state run facility then tell me how awful it is.

THIS IS A FOR-PROFIT BUISINESS, SEMI-COMPASSIONATE STAFF, THEIR HOURS ARE QUITE RIGID, THEY WON'T LET OLD UNSETTLED ACCOUNTS DIE.
